About

The benchmark comprises 300 diagnostically resolved NEJM-MedQA cases, split into 110 for calibration and 190 for held-out evaluation. It assesses eight model pipelines generating role-specific opinions and interactive-consilium reports under free-form and structured conditions.

Scoring uses a physician-calibrated LLM Judge evaluating 3,040 final reports on criteria like factual grounding and safety. Structured reports generally scored higher, with GPT-5.6-Sol leading all components and achieving consensus fastest.
